A Loss of Server Identity

This is indeed awesome.  A nice compromise between server mergers and doing a virtual merge on ALL the servers.safe WoW gold  It broadens the player pool for guilds/raids/pvp and it doesn't combine so many as to cause some sort of massive economy collapse that the AH Day Traders warned if they were all one.
I'm sure some people will find something to complain about it though. Buy World of Warcraft Gold They always do...
Do we know if Capital Cities will be fused (unlike CRZ) as well? I foresee awful lag in Orgrimmar and Stormwind if this is the case.
I also foresee a loss of server identity. Many guilds and servers have worked hard to build an identity on a specific server. I fear that hard work will be lost with this new system.
Im curious about how the VR will work in the LA servers. We Ragnaro-nians (PvP) are often paired for CRZ with Quel'Thalas (PvE) and always with Drakkari (Beginner PvP). In the case someone of Quel (supposing that we are effectively VR'ed with them and Drakkari) encounters some douche of my PvP server, will the Qule'thalas-ian be safe of his attacks (meaning each one is rules by his own set of rules), will he be ruled evenly with our PvP rules, or will we be ruled by his PvE ones?  how are you CRZ with a PvE server? It was my understanding it was done by server type.....
We only have 3 realms in the Latin American (hispanic) region, and Quel is the only PvE of the three. I guess we all got merged together because we are very few, and in general do not follow our own server rules. A lot of people of Ragnaros are pacifist PvE'rs, and a lot fo people of Quel are bloodthirsty PvP berserkers . CRZ is not supposed to combine PvE or PvP or RP unless you form a BattleTag or RealID party with folks on different types of servers. But generic open-world CRZ should never mix groups like that.
